"Leslie Pearl" escritora y cantante, nació en "Pennsylvania", escribe canciones para "Crystal Gayle", "Karen Carpenter"; "Kenny Roger" y "Dr.Hook", además de jingles comerciales para "Pepsi", "Ford" y "Gillette" entre otros, en 1982 graba un álbum como solista para "RCA Records" titulado igual que ella "Leslie Pearl" en el cual recibe ayuda de su gran amigo, "Andrew Gold" y el sencillo "If The Love Fits Wear It" alcanza en mayo el #28 en el "Billboard Hot 100" y el #07 en el adulto contemporáneo, definitivamente un gran "One Hit Wonder", el cual nunca se edito en disco compacto y solo se puede encontrar en algunas recopilaciones como por ejemplo "Barry Scott's Lost 45's"Aporte de Dayana Wright
